You will not find borrowed interior shots or someone else's properties here. I show the numbers a sale should be judged by, and pictures of the people I have sat at the notary's table with.
The cards show what is normal in my work: how long a sale takes, what result it ends with and what kind of property is involved.

These cards are examples of a typical result, not the data of six specific deals — I do not publish details of real properties without the client's permission.
These are real clients on the real day of the deal, photographed with their consent. There are no property photos here — those belong to the owners, who have already moved on.
The most honest part of the work only shows once the keys have been handed over.
What mattered most to me was being able to rely calmly, throughout the whole sale, on the person I was working with. Jan did not let me down — the work was faster than I expected and effective at the same time, every agreement held, and the communication was clear and direct. I particularly value how well Jan communicates, and his friendly, supportive and genuinely caring attitude. I recommend him 10/10.

I held talks with four different brokers. What convinced me about Jan-Erik, despite his young age, was his belief that the apartment would sell and his confidence. Since our new home was already nearing completion, we did not have much time for the sale. Essentially, within one month and five viewings we had found a buyer at the price we wanted. Every agreement held, and Jan-Erik kept me informed throughout the process. The notarial closing and the handover of the keys both went smoothly. I should add that I first put the apartment up for sale myself, and over those few weeks I received only lowball offers and not a single viewing. Using a broker may look at first like a pointless expense, but from my own experience I can say it was worth every euro.

The cooperation was very pleasant from beginning to end. Throughout the process you could clearly feel Jan's 100% commitment, high professionalism and strong focus on the result. Jan-Erik did not simply do his job — he consistently gave more, and his work and dedication exceeded my expectations of a broker service. I would especially highlight Jan's courage and willingness to take on complex and non-standard projects too. A 10/10 service.

Tell me what you have in mind. I will say honestly how long I think it will take and what price it makes sense to start from.
